Assessing perceived AI displacement risk among financial professionals in Singapore using the C-AIOE framework

Purpose
This study investigates how Singapore-based financial analysts and accountants perceive AI task exposure and displacement risk.
What participation involves
You will answer screening questions, survey questions about AI and work, and control questions about professional background. Some questions ask about your views on job security and your career outlook; if you prefer not to continue, you may stop at any time before submission. The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes.
Voluntary participation
Participation is voluntary. You may stop before submission.
Withdrawal
After submission, you may request withdrawal using your identifier and access phrase. If screening finds the study does not apply to you, your screening answers, consent record, credential hashes, and audit records are still stored (excluded from analysis) and you may request their withdrawal the same way.
Your identifier and access phrase
You choose an access phrase at the start of the survey, and we give you a randomly generated identifier. They are stored only as secure one-way hashes and are the only way to revisit your responses or request withdrawal. Your identifier is shown only once, when it is created, so save it together with your access phrase. If you lose them, they cannot be recovered and no other route to your responses exists. A password manager is a good place to keep them; avoid saving them in a browser on a shared computer.
Confidentiality
No employer-identifiable reporting will be used. Do not enter employer names.
Data use
Responses will be analysed in aggregate for an MBA dissertation.
Data storage and retention
Your responses are stored on secure servers located in the United States. Because the study is conducted from Singapore, your responses are transferred to and stored outside Singapore. No directly identifying information is collected. Responses are retained for 12 months.
